This means: your system learns to stay stable under pressure and you regain access to your skills. Your performance becomes more natural and less forced.

Possible structure of a session

My work places a strong emphasis on self-efficacy. I see myself less as a therapist or coach, and more as a teacher. I teach you, as an equal, how to find your own way out of problems.

Depending on your concerns and objectives, we approach things differently:

Pure presentation coaching. PEP according to Dr Michael Bohne. Solution-focused. Brief intervention.

Self-esteem training & biomechanics. Work on inner and outer posture. Solution-focused, but somewhat more complex and time-consuming.

Self-esteem training & biomechanics & energetic bodywork for integration and relaxation after the work is done. Process and development work at irregular or regular intervals.

Innerwise. With the help of body feedback, we identify the relevant entry points to your challenge. Solution-focused. Short-term intervention.

You can only perform freely, if your system is also able to come down again. That’s why we work in both directions:

Online coaching in groups of 4–6 participants

- An 8-week course covering stage fright, self-esteem training and biomechanics costs CHF 350
