My work places a strong emphasis on self-efficacy. I see myself less as a therapist or coach, and more as a teacher. I teach you, as an equal, how to find your own way out of problems.
Depending on your concerns and objectives, we approach things differently:
Pure presentation coaching. PEP according to Dr Michael Bohne. Solution-focused. Brief intervention.
Self-esteem training & biomechanics. Work on inner and outer posture. Solution-focused, but somewhat more complex and time-consuming.
Self-esteem training & biomechanics & energetic bodywork for integration and relaxation after the work is done. Process and development work at irregular or regular intervals.
